These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions between Prismnode ("we," "us," "our") and users ("you," "your") of our online educational platform available at prismnode.sbs. By purchasing any course, subscription, or service, you agree to these terms.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for all transactions on our platform:
Major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
Debit cards with major network processing capabilities
Digital payment services and wallets as available through our payment processors
Bank transfers for institutional or bulk purchases where applicable
We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at our discretion. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors that comply with industry security standards.
Pricing and Fees
Course and Subscription Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency specified on our platform at the time of purchase. Prices may vary based on your location, promotional offers, or subscription tier selected.
Individual course prices are clearly displayed on each course page prior to purchase.
Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select during enrollment.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.
Additional Fees
Transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or payment processing fees may apply depending on your payment method and location. These fees, if applicable, will be disclosed prior to completing your purchase.
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and governmental charges associated with your purchase unless otherwise stated.
Billing and Payment Processing
One-Time Purchases
For individual course purchases, payment is processed immediately upon completing your order. You will receive confirmation via email once payment is successfully processed and your access is granted.
Subscription Billing
Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
We will charge your payment method on file on the renewal date. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information remains current and valid.
If automatic renewal fails due to payment decline, card expiration, or insufficient funds, we will notify you via email. Your access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
Failed Payments and Account Suspension
If a payment fails for any reason, we will attempt to notify you via the email address associated with your account. We may retry charging your payment method multiple times over a reasonable period.
Continued payment failure may result in:
Suspension of access to subscription-based content and features
Restriction of account privileges including quiz participation and progress tracking
Termination of your subscription or account after reasonable notice
To restore access following payment failure, you must update your payment information and settle any outstanding balances.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase and timing of your request. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information regarding refund conditions, processing times, and procedures.
Generally, refund requests must be submitted within a specified timeframe from the date of purchase.
Digital content that has been substantially accessed or completed may not be eligible for refund.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at contact@prismnode.sbs.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to subscription benefits until that date.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
Once canceled, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
Promotional Offers and Discounts
We may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or special offers from time to time. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Discount codes may have expiration dates, usage limitations, or eligibility restrictions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Misuse of promotional codes or attempts to exploit pricing errors may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
Account Credits and Balance
In certain circumstances, we may issue account credits to your profile. These credits can be applied toward future purchases on our platform.
Account credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
Credits may have expiration dates, which will be communicated when issued.
Credits are applied automatically to eligible purchases unless otherwise specified.
Upon account closure or termination, any remaining credits will be forfeited.
Currency and Exchange Rates
Prices are displayed in specific currencies based on your location or platform settings. The currency displayed at checkout is the currency you will be charged.
If your payment method uses a different currency, your financial institution or payment processor will perform currency conversion. Exchange rates and conversion fees are determined by your bank or payment provider, not by Prismnode.
We are not responsible for currency fluctuations or conversion fees charged by third parties.
Invoices and Payment Records
Upon successful payment, you will receive an electronic receipt via email to the address associated with your account.
You can access your payment history and download invoices through your account dashboard.
It is your responsibility to maintain copies of payment records for your own accounting and tax purposes.

Payment Security
We take payment security seriously and employ industry-standard measures to protect your financial information.
All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through secure third-party payment processors.
We do not store complete credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
Despite our security measures, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and you provide payment information at your own risk.
Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your payment method or account.
Third-Party Payment Processors
We utilize trusted third-party payment processors to handle financial transactions. These processors have their own terms of service and privacy policies that govern their relationship with you.
By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of our payment processors.
We are not responsible for errors, failures, or issues arising from third-party payment processor systems, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving payment-related problems.
Disputed Charges and Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your account access pending investigation.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are unjustified and may provide evidence of service delivery to your financial institution.
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
Institutional and Bulk Purchases
Organizations, educational institutions, or businesses seeking to purchase access for multiple users may be eligible for special pricing or custom payment arrangements.

Institutional purchases may be subject to separate agreements and payment terms negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to Payment Terms

For significant changes affecting existing subscriptions, we will provide advance notice via email or through prominent notification on our platform.
Continued use of our services after changes to these Payment Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If you do not agree to modified Payment Terms, you may cancel your subscription or discontinue use of our services.

These Payment Terms are part of and incorporated into our overall Terms of Service. In the event of conflict between these Payment Terms and the Terms of Service, these Payment Terms shall prevail regarding payment-related matters.
